Since 2000 I have had a license with national franchises and the largest home builder in America. I feel like I'm back home at Legendary Realty, a privately owned, family company. We are not burdened by expensive overhead or administrative log jams. We are lean and mean. We combine a familial sensitivity with the experience, knowledge and technical savvy of the big guys.
The truth is that at the end of the day it comes down to your agent, doesn't it? I am polite and patient enough to listen to my customers yet aggressive enough to do what needs to be done to bring contracts to fruition.
I have an AA in Business from Keystone College, PA, a BA in Cultural Anthropology from Brooklyn College, NY and a BA in Graphic Design/Advertising from San Jose State, CA.
In Alabama I've been licensed as a Real Estate Agent, Home Builder, Contractor and Life Insurance Agent.
I've served as President of Board of Directors for Affordable Houses. I'm the Director of the Baldwin County Correction Facility's inmate recovery program, President of my POA and a member of the United Methodist Church.
I am the proud father of two daughters and two granddaughters.
I enjoys kayaking, gardening, fine art, traveling, cycling and writing.
